For Apparels / Bags / Accessories:

1. All payments are to be made 1 day after the closing date of the Month Shopping, or your orders will be cancelled.

2. Once payment received, NO CANCELLATION of orders will be enterained. NO refunds will be given.

3. Receipts will ONLY be issue upon your request.

4.Goods may differ slightly from pictures.

5. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:-
a. Slight colour differences(or any other minor physical differences), minor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams;
b. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);

6. Kindly note that shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks (for Local orders) and 2 - 8 weeks (for International orders depending on the mails services that you have choosen) after orders are made.

**All terms & conditions must be accepted before placing orders.

For International Customers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All prices are stated in SGD. The exchange rate will be based on USD$1 - SGD$1.45.

2. Before confirming any order, we will email you a confirmation of purchase. Kindly confirm the order to secure your purchase.

3. All payments are to be made within 5 working days from the date we receive your confirmation of purchase.

4. Prices stated EXCLUDE shipping fees, handling fees & any other fees incurred.

5. There will be an additional charge of USD$5.00 on top of the prices and shipping fees. (Pls refer to the Delivery Mode for prices reference.)

The charges will be based on your lcoation, types of service you have choosen & the number of products that you have purchased.

>>It is highly advisable to accumlate the orders (ard 15pcs) to cut cost on the shipping fees.

For customers choosing i., shipping time may take up to 2 weeks after orders are made.
For customers choosing ii., shipping time may take up to 4 weeks after orders are made.

Charges for Normal Mail will be as follows:-
i. 1-3 pieces: $3.00 (Include handling charge)
ii. 4 pieces & above: $4.50 dollars (Include handling charge)

Charges for Registered Mail will be as follows:-
i. $2.50 top-up for Registered mail. This is payable on top of normal mail. OR

>> Opt for courier services!!
-Flat rate of $15.00 (All Fess Included)
-Call alert before sending items

>> TIP: It is highly advisable that you opt for registered mail/Courier Services as mails do get lost during transition and we are not responsible for such loses.

>> For Flowers:
-Flat rate of $10.00 delivery charge.
-Any orders above $50.00, FREE delivery.
-Self-Collection only available at Bedok.
